Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HIREBOT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to employers, agencies, applicants, and visitors using HIREBOT websites and screening tools.
These are standard MVP terms and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before production use.
Description of Service
HIREBOT is a screening and workflow tool that helps employers create jobs, share public apply links, collect applicant responses, translate screening questions, and review qualified or unqualified applicants in a dashboard or via notifications.
HIREBOT does not make final hiring decisions. Screening results are informational and should be reviewed by the employer or hiring team responsible for the job.
Employer Responsibilities
Employers and agencies using HIREBOT are responsible for:
- The jobs, questions, and screening criteria they create
- How they use applicant information after it is collected
- Complying with hiring, employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws that apply to them
- Providing appropriate notices to applicants where required
- Maintaining secure access credentials for employer portal login
Applicant Submissions
When you apply through a HIREBOT link, you agree to provide accurate information and to share your application responses with the hiring team for that position. Your information is used for applicant screening related to that job.
No Guarantee of Hiring Outcomes
HIREBOT does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular screening outcome. Passing or failing an automated screening step does not create an employment relationship with HIREBOT or with the employer.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse HIREBOT, including by:
- Submitting false, misleading, or abusive information
- Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
- Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Interfering with the normal operation or security of the platform
Third-Party Services
HIREBOT may rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, AI translation, and other infrastructure. Your use of HIREBOT may also involve third-party services chosen by an employer. Those providers are subject to their own terms and policies.
Service Availability
HIREBOT is provided on an as-available basis during our MVP and founding beta. Features, uptime, and integrations may change, be limited, or be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIREBOT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. HIREBOT's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid to HIREBOT for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.
HIREBOT is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of HIREBOT after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above will be revised when updates are made.
